The Delbonnel company was created in 1945 by André Delbonnel. The main activity is then the sharpening of woodworking tools, the company does some resale of machines and has a general mechanical workshop.

It was in 1986 that Philippe Delbonnel, the current manager, joined the family business, which then developed the sale of digital machines.
